Membership
Membership Categories. There shall be three categories of individual membership: Regular, Associate, and Life. In addition, the Board of Directors is empowered to create additional categories, and issue appropriate certificates. Individual membership in the organization at the National level is a requirement for Chapter membership.

Regular Memberships. Any employee or retiree of the Federal, state or a local government who is in accord with the principles, policies and objectives of the organization and who agrees to adhere to the same, may become a Regular Member of this organization with the consent of the Board of Directors and by paying the annual membership fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00). |
Associate Membership.
(1) Any person who is in accord with the principles, policies, and objectives of the organization and who agrees to adhere to the same, may become an Associate Member of this organization with the consent of the Board of Directors and by paying the Associate membership fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (2) Any undergraduate student who is enrolled in an accredited college or university who is in accord with the principles, policies and objectives of the organization and who agrees to adhere to the same and is not qualified as a regular member, may become a student member of this organization with the consent of the Board of Directors and by paying the student membership fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) |
Life Memberships.
Any person who is in accord with the principles, policies, and objectives of the organization and who agrees to adhere to the same, may become a Life Member of this organization with the consent of the Board of Directors and by paying the Life membership fee of three hundred-twenty five dollars ($325.00). |
